Dave and Sandy met in 1993 and since then, their combined family
has worked together to build a business that is a part of their lives.
Born in Bancroft in 1957, Dave has strong roots in the area.

Sandy is an avid rider, who has run and operated several businesses
including a successful driving school, tack store, and of course, she's
the office manager (and general go to gal) at Dave Card Contracting!
Dave has been in the contracting business for 36 years, starting
with working as the Foreman for his father's building company, and
in 1999, after his father retired, started up Dave Card Contracting.

Dave is HANDS on, closely supervising every aspect of all building
projects, managing his own crew of workers, and overseeing ALL
subtrades that are brought in to work on various aspects of the project.
This ensures control over efficiency, quality & customer satisfaction.
Dave is meticulous because he cares about each customers' dream
and their unique vision for the outcome of their home or renovation.

Dave is a GENERAL contractor, which means Dave handles all your
worries, from starting blueprints or your hand drawn designs, to
site selection and preparation, right through to handing you the key
to your finished home or renovation.
